Apple早前修訂了AppStore的政策並且在6月30日正式生效，其中一項規定是程式如果有申請帳號的功能，亦要同時提供帳號刪除的選項，並且要在用戶容易找到的位置。經修訂的AppStore昨日生效前，Meta宣佈旗下Instagram將會加入帳號刪除的選項。
